His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister on the occasion of the Kingdom of Bahrain's celebration of its national days, the 26th anniversary of His Majesty the King's accession to the throne and the accompanying national events.

His Highness expressed pride and appreciation for the Kingdom of Bahrain's comprehensive development and pioneering achievements in various fields, under the leadership of His Majesty the King and his vision, which laid the foundations for the comprehensive reform project and established Bahrain's position as an advanced model of development, prosperity and stability, and provided citizens with an environment conducive to ambition, creativity and achievement.

His Highness affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain's national days commemorate the country's deep-rooted history, marking the establishment of the modern Bahraini State as an Arab and Muslim state founded by Ahmed Al Fateh in 1783. This was followed by a series of achievements that strengthened Bahrain's regional and international standing, culminating in the reign of His Majesty the King, during which the Kingdom witnessed a comprehensive qualitative shift in various areas.

His Highness added that the anniversary of the National Days and His Majesty the King's accession to the throne represents a renewed national milestone in which the people of Bahrain renew their loyalty to the leadership, and recall the comprehensive civilisational and developmental achievements made under the prosperous reign of His Majesty the King, which are the result of His Majesty's insightful vision and the continuous support of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in leading the government's work, making developmental achievements, and translating His Majesty the King's directives into qualitative programmes and initiatives that advanced progress and enhance the welfare of citizens.

His Highness wished the Kingdom of Bahrain many happy returns, and His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister abundant health and happiness. His Highness also wished the Kingdom further security, stability and prosperity.
