HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad issues edict, restructuring Bapco Tazweed board
Within the framework of the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the aspirations of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, HM the King's Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oil and Gas Holding Company (nogaholding), His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today issued an edict, restructuring the Board of Directors of the Bapco Retail Company (Bapco Tazweed).
Under the edict, Isa Mohammed Najibi was appointed as Chairman and Mohammed Said Al-Shehab as Deputy Chairman of Bapco Tazweed's Board of Directors.
The board shall also comprise Mohammed Ahmed Al-Sada, Ibrahim Mohammed Kanoo, Mahran Jamsheer Mirza and Sahar Kamran Ataei as members.
The edict is part of nogaholding's efforts to rely on local expertise to promote development in its subsidiaries in line with its future strategies, and in order to ensure sustainability.
Bapco Tazweed services focus on building, managing and operating fueling service stations in the Kingdom.
