His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of Bapco Energies, presided over the Company’s fourth and final Board of Directors meeting for the year 2025.

At the outset, His Highness extended heartfelt congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and to the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the Kingdom’s National Day Celebrations and the 26th Anniversary of His Majesty’s accession to the throne.

His Highness reviewed the Company’s consolidated performance throughout the year, including developments across Bapco Energies’ upstream and downstream operations, as well as the Group’s continued alignment with the Kingdom’s National Energy Strategy.

The Board of Directors was presented with an update on the Bapco Modernization Program (BMP), alongside insights into commercial performance, international partnerships, and business transformation efforts across the Group and its subsidiaries.

The Board reiterated its commitment to reinforcing Bapco Energies’ role as a key driver of energy security, economic opportunity, and sustainability in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
