Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander received Sergey Vershinin, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, in the presence of Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Deputy National Security Advisor.

During the meeting, His Highness affirmed that cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Russian Federation is one of the important paths supporting regional security and stability. His Highness noted the development between the two countries, in light of the strategic vision of the leadership of both countries, reflecting the strength of the foundations of cooperation and their growing partnership.

His Highness and the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister discussed regional and international developments, as well as opportunities for developing bilateral cooperation and exchanging experiences between the two friendly countries to further advance relations.
