His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to the National Security Advisor, Secretary-General of the Supreme Defence Council, and Commander of the Royal Guard, His Highness Lieutenant-General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on the promotion to the rank of Lieutenant-General, following a Royal Decree by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
