His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty’s Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of Bapco Energies, chaired the Group’s Board of Directors meeting for the third quarter of 2026.

At the outset, His Highness expressed his appreciation for the recent visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to Bapco Refining, noting His Royal Highness’s continued support for the Kingdom’s energy sector and recognition of the efforts of employees across the Group.

The Board reviewed the Group’s business recovery following the regional conflict, including the normalization of operations across its businesses and measures taken to maintain operational reliability and continuity.

The Board also reviewed Bapco Energies’ financial and operational performance for the third quarter of 2026, including the latest quarterly financial results, alongside updates on key projects and initiatives across the Group.

Mr. Mark Thomas, Group Chief Executive Officer, presented an executive update covering business performance, operational priorities, and developments across the Group, as well as progress against priorities for the remainder of the year.

The Board concluded its discussions by emphasizing the importance of maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient operations while continuing to support the Kingdom’s energy requirements and economic development.
