Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander received Lieutenant General Zac Stenning, British Land Forces Commander, in the presence of Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Jaber Al Khalifa, Deputy National Security Advisor.

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa welcomed Lieutenant General Zac Stenning, affirming the depth of the historic and close ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, and their solid foundations of cooperation and partnership. His Highness noted the importance of continuing to build on the advanced cooperation achieved between the two countries, in a manner that serves their shared interests and aspirations.

The meeting also reviewed existing avenues of cooperation and coordination between the Kingdoms, as well as ways to strengthen and develop them, and discussed a number of topics and issues of mutual interest, along with efforts to consolidate the foundations of security, stability and peace in the region.
