Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, received Michael Dimino IV, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Near East and Central Asia, in the presence of Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Jaber Al Khalifa, Deputy National Security Advisor.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa welcomed Michael Dimino IV, praising the strong ties and close strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America, as well as the ongoing development in various fields. His Highness emphasised the importance of the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA) in strengthening cooperation and integration between the two friendly nations, which serves mutual interests and supports security, stability and prosperity in the region.

During the meeting, a number of topics of mutual interest were reviewed, and ways to further strengthen cooperation and coordination between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America were discussed, alongside an exchange of views on regional issues and developments, and efforts aimed at enhancing security and stability in the region.
