His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation, affirmed that the royal patronage enjoyed by the Royal Humanitarian Foundation from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Honorary President of the Foundation, is the cornerstone for developing and enhancing humanitarian work within the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad, which provides a dignified and stable life for the children and mothers of the Foundation. His Highness pointed out that the pioneering humanitarian approach led by His Majesty the King towards brotherly and friendly countries and peoples embodies the firm stance of the Kingdom of Bahrain, its leadership, government, and people, in supporting humanitarian work based on shared humanitarian values and fraternal ties.

His Highness also praised the support the Royal Humanitarian Foundation receives from the government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister which enabled the Foundation to carry out its humanitarian mission and achieve its noble goals.

This came as His Highness chaired a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation, attended by members of the Board of Trustees. His Highness praised the efforts of the executive management and all the Foundation's employees in following up and implementing humanitarian programs and initiatives that serve beneficiaries and enables them integrate and participate actively in society, in support of the Kingdom's development and prosperity. His Highness directed that work continues in accordance with the vision and aspirations of His Majesty the King, and to implement his directives that aim to develop the humanitarian work system and launch new qualitative initiatives that enhance the comprehensive care provided to the mothers and children of the Foundation, and all groups deserving of support within the Kingdom of Bahrain, in addition to continuing to alleviate the suffering of the peoples of brotherly and friendly countries, based on the humanitarian duty urged by Islam.

The meeting reviewed a number of topics related to work strategies, the programs and initiatives the Foundation intends to implement during the new year, and the Foundation's preparations to implement a package of development programs on the occasion of its 25th anniversary. The meeting also reviewed the most notable achievements and projects implemented by the Foundation during 2025, which included various humanitarian services provided to different segments of society, as well as a number of relief projects in the Gaza Strip and Syria.

At the end of the meeting, the members of the Board of Trustees praised the leadership of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad and his continuous follow-up of the Foundation's work, which advances humanitarian services and achieves royal visions and aspirations.
