His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, participated in the (PRO-AM) category of the Hero Dubai Desert Classic golf tournament, held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as part of the Rolex Series of the "Race to Dubai 2026", with a prize fund of US$9 million.

His Highness participated in a team that included Irish international star Rory McIlroy, Tony Maiolo, and Dr. Pawan Munjal, delivering an outstanding performance throughout the tournament.

His Highness affirmed that the participation was positive and distinctive, amid friendly competition with an elite group of world golf stars in the PRO-AM category.

His Highness praised the great efforts made by the United Arab Emirates in hosting and organising international tournaments, wishing all participants success.

The Hero Dubai Desert Classic is one of the most prominent sporting events, attracting the world's best golf players, including Rory McIlroy, who holds the record for the most tournament wins (four times).
