His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, delegated His Highness Lieutenant General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, to open the 21st Regional Security Summit “Manama Dialogue 2025”, in the presence of their Highnesses and Excellencies senior officials, and with the participation of high-level delegations of ministers, security officials, military leaders and academics from around the world.

His Highness conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, to the participating delegations.

His Highness expressed his pride in opening the 21st edition of the summit on behalf of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister.

His Highness welcomed the participants, wishing the Manama Dialogue 2025 success in reaching visions and initiatives that enhance regional and international security.

His Highness affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty the King, supports efforts and endeavours that consolidate security and peace and promote stability in the region and the world. His Highness affirmed the importance of continuing coordination and cooperation among countries to address various challenges and seek comprehensive and sustainable solutions that enhance development paths.

His Highness highlighted the achievements of the Manama Dialogue over two decades as a prestigious international platform for discussing issues related to security and peace, and its contribution to supporting international efforts that promote stability and achieve sustainable development. His Highness noted that the broad international participation in the summit reflects its prestigious status as a platform that brings together decision-makers and experts to exchange views and ideas.
